As an employer, you want to do business with a trustworthy partner. Active Personeelsdiensten attaches great value to reliability and is therefore registered with the Dutch Labour Standards Association (SNA). The Labour Standards Association aims to combat fraud and illegality in temporary employment by conducting biannual audits to assess a number of matters. We are assessed on the declaration and payment of contributions and taxes due. The wage payments are also checked in accordance with the appropriate collective labour agreement and the statutory minimum wage. In addition, an identity check is conducted and the administration as well as required documents are verified.
The last audit at Active Personeelsdiensten was in September 2019 and found that we meet all the requirements to be eligible for the NEN 4400-1 national standard. In fact, we earned a 100% score!
Using the G account
As Active Personeelsdiensten was awarded the SNA quality mark, Active's clients can rest assured that they can no longer be held liable for the payment of outstanding income and turnover taxes. This requires you to deposit at least 25% of the invoice (including VAT) into our G account (guarantee account: a bank account that is only used to transfer wage tax or VAT to the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration). You can check at any time whether we still satisfy the requirements of the SNA quality mark. This can be done by clicking on the SNA symbol below and then entering the name Active Personeelsdiensten under 'gecertificeerde ondernemingen' (certified companies).
You will also receive a quarterly statement of good payment behaviour. In this statement, the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration states that Active Personeelsdiensten has paid its due contributions and taxes on time and in full up to and including the date of issue.
